How long does it take for my order to be produced and delivered?


We do our best to produce your order as soon as possible (typically 2-3 business days for wallpaper) though for larger orders these times might increase slightly.
Delivery times start after manufacturing.
Our standard delivery option for UK mainland delivery is FedEx for wallpaper and deliver the next business day.
Most international deliveries are with customers in 3 - 5 business days once the wallpaper has been produced. We use FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar services as the default international delivery option.
Our fabric printing time typically takes 2-5 days. Our standard delivery option for UK mainland delivery is Royal Mail 1st class signed for.

Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary for TOFF to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier. Delivery outside the UK may attract local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of TOFF.
Delivery to mainland UK is completely free of charge.

Do you offer international delivery?

We sure do! We aim for international deliveries to arrive with our customers in 3-5 business days from wallpaper printing completion. However, issues outside of our control such as adverse weather, international customs and strikes may affect the timeline of your delivery. If your TOFF order is to be delivered outside the UK or one of our corresponding international sites, you may incur additional charges beyond our control. This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as administration fees. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country. Our standard wallpaper (including samples) and mural charge for delivery to the EU and North America is £10 and other international delivery destinations outside of the EU is £20. Our standard delivery charge for non-wallpaper items to the EU and North America is £13 and other international delivery destinations outside of the EU is £20.


Refunds & Returns

What is TOFF's policy on refunds and returns?

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You can still change or cancel your order free of charge if it is in the waiting list or in new order status. 

We usually print as soon as your order is placed placed to ship asap. Please contact us immediately via email and provide your order number so we can check if changes/cancellations are possible.

Afterwards, if you wish to cancel and after checking the order status (in progress usually), a chargeback fee may apply at our discretion.

Within 30 minutes: we wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your order get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.

Unfortunately we cannot accept for returns for samples.



I loooovvee the designs, but I would like to have a different scale of the repeat, is this possible?

The standard repeat sizes for our repeat pattern wallpapers is either 62cm x 62cm or 31cm x 31cm. If you would like a smaller repeat for a room with less wall space, or perhaps an even larger repeat for a larger wall, we can offer this design service at a small extra cost.

How about wall murals?

The same applies for our wall murals. The standard size of TOFF wall murals are 300cm wide by 250cm high. Should you desire or require a larger or smaller size, we can offer this design service at an extra cost.

What is a "repeat size"?

The repeat size of a design is the horizontal and vertical distance between identical elements of a pattern or motif. The repeat is what makes the pattern seamless.

Do you offer alternative colourways?

We do offer alternative colourways to suit your exact needs as an extra design service which will incur a fee. As colour specialists, we understand that not all colours go together, so if you would like a colourway that properly compliments your furniture, contact us or add the service at the checkout with information about your desired colour palette, and we will propose a solution.

Can I swap or remove elements from a design?

To make that mural or wallpaper even more special and personal, we do offer a design service to remove or swap a design element for something else. For example, take our beloved Paradiso wall mural. Almost everything about it is your fantasy, but you would like to swap dear Charlotte the Giraffe for a monkey, this is something we can curate for you for an extra fee.

To request a new size or element swap, add the "Custom Size" or "Custom Design" to your shopping bag on the product page, and note the requested alterations in the Shopping Bag page in the "Order Special Instructions" box. Once payment has been made, we will receive the request and work straight away on the alteration. Once complete we share the new design with you and if you are happy, we send a private link to complete the purchase.
